Lindgren Pitman Hi-Flyer Complete

Lindgren-Pitman, Inc. Aluminum Hy-Flyers are an essential piece of equipment for Swordfish/Tuna Longline vessels equipped with Radar. They are used to mark the beginning and end of the long line as well as various points along the line.

Complete Hy-Flyer Includes:

RADAR REFLECTOR:
The large aluminum reflector is permanently mounted to a shaft of smaller diameter than the telescoping pole. In this way the reflector assembly can slide into the telescoping pole and stay in place.

TELESCOPING POLE ASSEMBLY:
Made up of two 10 ft. aluminum poles of different diameters so that one slides down into the other for easy storage when not in use. It then slides up to create the nearly 20 ft. (6.1 meters) height when needed for fishing.

SPAR BUOY 44″ No. CC-3:
Provides the flotation needed

LEAD WEIGHT:
Used to keep the High-Flyer upright.
Exclusive key-lock-weight mount provides for fast, simple attachment and removal.
